Job Summary
On the Process Transformation and Change Management team, this role will support process analysis and change management activities for cross-functional and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will utilize business analysis and change management methodologies and best practices to collaborate with internal business stakeholders to effectively support:
- identifying, documenting, and analyzing business needs /requirements that will be the foundation for modern technology implementations.
- facilitating activities that will enable the organization to own and effectively drive adoption, usage, and proficiency of new modern technology solutions.
The ideal candidate should have recent experience in business process management and/or change management work on technology implementation projects.
